We have been really impressed with Emily’s contribution to developing our brand, including the unique design of our logo - she has been inspirational! She feels like part of the team and we look forward to working with her for some time yet. Marvellous.

Project story

The Challenge: Having recently purchased the leasehold for their local pub, The Ulleskelf Arms team needed a new brand ID to be developed in line with the launch of their new venture.

The end result:  With the village of Ulleskelf steeped in Viking history we decided on a logo concept based round a celtic knot work pattern which we complemented with the elegant serif font 'Bodoni 72' for the pub name.

We developed a stand alone stamp from the celtic pattern to be used for all social media icons and also for future applications like to workwear. A new colour palette of slate grey with soft cream accents was selected, and the branding applied next to stationary. We designed a main sign for the front and back of the pub and some additional smaller directional signs, and an enormous 3 m square stencil of the logo  for the side of the pub building which was hand painted on.

The brochure website was recently launched following a series of photo shoots with Boxfish photography capturing the feel of the pub at both day and night. It has been a real pleasure working with this team.
